• Wā: 10:00am - 12:00pm
• Wāhi: Te Kuirau Marae, 22 Ariariterangi Street, Ohinemutu, Rotorua
• Light Kai to follow hui

Agenda: 

1. Karakia Timatanga
2. Apologies;
3. Roll call of members and delegates authorised to vote;
4. Minutes from the previous Annual General Meeting;
5. Matters arising from minutes;
6. Receive the Chairperson’s report;
7. Receive the Financial report;
8. Transact any other business of which proper notice has been given to the Secretary;
9. Election of Officers of the Trust;
10. Election of the Board Members of the Trust;
11. Election of the Kairangi (Patron) and Kaumātua; and
12. General business - Te Huinga Tākaro Update (Whaea Carol)

Membership Procedures: 

In accordance with the National Māori Touch Trust Deed, there are two types of voting members:

• Affiliate Members (Iwi/Rohe/Hapū/Takiwā); and
• Individual Members.

Participants wishing to attend the Hui-ā-Tau as an individual member must complete the registration form below. Affiliate members must complete “Affiliate Membership” registration form below to confirm their representative(s).

Registrations close Saturday 10 August. Approved affiliate and individual member(s) will be entitled to one (1) vote each at the Hui-ā-Tau/AGM.
